MINI SESSIONS
Standard Mini Sessions include a 15min photo shoot at a predetermined location. You'll receive an online gallery with 10 professionally edited digital images and full printing rights. Additional Images can be purchased. Finished photos will be ready 2 - 4 weeks after the photo shoot. Delays may occur towards the end of fall. Most photo sessions start with poses of the entire family/group. This helps everyone, especially children, get comfortable in front of the camera before I take small groups and individual shots. If you have any specific requests, please share those with me and I'll be happy to incorporate them. Pets are also welcome but you may want a helper to come along and assist since the MINI shoots move quickly. All photo shoots require a $50 down payment to book unless you are booked through a Hyperion Field Club Promotion. Payments are due in full 24hrs before the photo shoot via PayPal, Venmo, Cash, or Check. I reach out to clients 24 - 48hrs prior to the shoot to confirm the time, location, and any additional details. If weather causes an issue with the timeline, I may ask you to meet with me earlier that day or choose another day that works with your schedule. Refunds are not given for no-show no-call or late arrival situations. I want your photo shoot to be something you cherish forever so please allow extra time for getting ready and driving to the location. Also, it's easy for me to fix things like blemishes, bruises, acne, and clothing malfunctions. A good guideline is anything an inch or smaller is typically a quick fix. More challenging edits like face swaps and composites are available for an additional fee. On the day of your shoot, don't stress! I'll take care of you and you'll cherish these photos forever!

Photo Sessions: Descriptions and Pricing
FAMILY PHOTO SHOOTS: Available all year. Standard or MINI. Yes drag your family if you have too and it'll be 100% worth it; your hubby, kids, grandma, BFF, family pet, etc... A MINI shoot might just be perfect for family members that are camera avoidant. Standard Length photo shoots are 60min and beneficial by giving you more photos in your online gallery, more options for location, and time for wardrobe changes. A longer shoot can give us time for multiple locations if that is important. Three Cost Options: ONE HOUR Standard Shoot $350 with online gallery including 25 professionally edited images. Extended MINI $250 for 20min and 15 images. Mini Session $199 for 15min and 10 professionally edited images.
DANCE, ACRO, and CHEER SHOOTS: My heart is forever invested in these beautiful artistic sports! In addition to being a photographer, I'm also a cheer coach. I want nothing more than to see my athletes develop their skills and boost their self confidence. They work incredibly hard and all year! A photo shoot is a great way for these athletes to feel seen and proud. We will customize this shoot to capture your athletes individual strengths. Cost: $150 for 30min and ten images. $225 for 45min and 15 images. Additional Images can be purchased.
ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT: This is one of my favorite shoots! A post will be made on social media detailing the athlete's career highlights. They can share this with family, friends, and potential future coaches. I typically do a combination of action shots along with formal poses added to the end or beginning of the timeline. If it's not possible to do both, we will focus on the aspect that's most important to you and your athlete. Example #1: Basketball Players will do formal poses before the game and then I'll shoot action shots until halftime. Extra time can be purchased if desired. Example #2: Cheerleaders will do formal poses and then the second half of the photo shoot will be dedicated to jumps (toe touch, pike, or hurdler). Flyers may choose to do flyer flexibility positions. Cost: $175 for 30min, ten images, and a spotlight post about their career on Social Media (FB & Instagram). OR $300 for 60min, 20 images, and the Social Media Spotlight Post. Athlete Spotlight shoots that are 60min can be shared with another athlete in the same sport/team.
SENIORS: Standard, MINI, and Extended MINI sessions available. The mini session is 20min, one outfit, one location, and 10 images professionally edited. The extended Mini Session is hour with one location, 2 - 3 outfits, and 25- 30 images. The Standard Senior Session is 90min with two locations, multiple outfits, and 40 images. It's best for those students that are involved in sports, band or other activities that's have a uniform, require a less traditional portrait location to be added, or want additional time for outfit changes. Turn around time is 2 - 3 weeks. Investments: $450 for 90min Session. $350 for 60min Session. $250 for 20 min Session.
SENIOR SESSION for 2: Your Senior and his/her Bestie! This photo shoot is guaranteed to produce laughter and smiles! This means your Senior will look their best and be less nervous in front of the big camera. Plus parents end up with lost of photos of their kid's genuine smile. Photo day is 100% easier when you book a session with your Bestie! This session is designed for two students and includes the following; Two Hours, two locations, 3 outfit changes, and a discounted rate of $300 per Student. Each Student receives 25 to 30 images in their own online gallery.
COLLEGE ANNOUNCEMENT MINIS: These are so fun! This is for when the Senior Photoshoots are over and they have officially chosen their College or Technical Program! Let me help you celebrate with a photoshoot to announce the great news to family and friends! Cost $150 for 20 min and 7 images.
PROM MINI: I meet your Prom group before dinner to do shots of the whole group, individuals, besties, and couples. Cost: $25 per student with $150 minimum. Images are purchased afterwards for $15/image. Time is determined by group size but typically takes 20-30min. Larger groups with approximately 16 attendees or more should plan for longer.
WEDDINGS: All Wedding packages are Customizable and based on the couple's needs. Traditionally Wedding day coverage will include the Ceremony, First Look, Getting Ready, Wedding Party Formals, Family Portraits, The Reception, and a Complimentary Engagement Session. Sneak Peeks are provided within a week of the wedding day. The full online gallery is available 6 - 8wks later. You receive Digital and Printing Rights to all edited images with your package. A second Photographer is available for an additional fee. Standard Packages $3,500 - $5,500 and coverage is 6 - 8 hours. All packages are customized so please reach out with questions. BABIES: (newborns through 13 months) You can never take too many photos during this time! Our children and grandchildren grow up super fast! Cost: $350 for 60min and 25 images, $199 for 30min and 15 images.
KIDS and TODDLERS: (13 months through adulthood because some people never grow up!) Just the kids! Yes we will spend time chasing them but the photos will be adorable! Just don't laugh too hard when I'm doing a dive and roll move to get the perfect shot! Cost: Mini shoot $199 for 20min, one outfit, and ten images. Standard shoot $250 for 40min, two outfits, and 15 images. Add $50 to include parents in the shoot.
MATERNITY: Lets show off that beautiful pregnancy glow. Bring your ultrasound photos. Your baby bump can be photogenic in many stages of the pregnancy, from 20wks to your due date, but the ideal window is between weeks 24 and 34. Let's capture this unforgettable time in your life. Cost: Maternity Mini Shoots are $250 for 20min and 15 images. A 45min Maternity shoot is $300 and includes 20 images. A One hour Maternity shoot is $350 and includes 25 images.
BIRTHDAY PHOTO SHOOT: All Ages 1yo to 110yo. Everyone should celebrate their birthday and a photo shoot is a fun way to do that! Cakes, champagne, balloons, and besties all welcome! Cost: Mini shoot $199 for 20min, one outfit, and ten images. Standard Bday shoot $250 for 40min, two outfits, and 15 images. Add $50 to include more than one additional person in the photo shoot.
FLOWERING TREE SHOOTS (late April through Early May): watch for these dates because they are limited, magical, and the season for blooming trees in Iowa is short! Cost: $199 for 15min and 10 images. $250 for 20min and 15 images.
MOTHERHOOD MINIS (May is the prime season for this type of shoot but there's never a bad time of year): Celebrating the love of mothers and their children! This can be done the week of Mother's Day or be given as a gift anytime with the shoot date determined afterwards. Grandmother's welcome! This shoot is meant for mothers, their children, and grandmothers. Cost: $150 for 15min and ten images. $175 for 20min and 12 images. Refer to "Family Photo Shoots" prices to include other family members like fathers, aunts, uncles, etc....
FATHERHOOD MINIS (JUNE): Give Dad the LOVE! The sweet side of a man is easy to capture when he's hanging out in front of my camera with his kid(s). Grandfathers welcome!. Cost: $150 for 15min and ten images. $175 for 20min and 12 images. Refer to "Family Photo Shoots" prices to include other family members like mothers, aunts, uncles, etc....
ADOPTION DAY: I will meet you at the courthouse for the day of signing or the airport for when you land; no matter how your family is created, I'll be there to celebrate with you! Cost: $250 for 30mi and 15 images.
TRASH THE DRESS: a fun photo shoot to do after a dance, wedding, event, or divorce! Traditionally this takes place at the beach but Swimming Pools, Junk Yards, Construction sites, and Art/Paint Studios are also great options for a location. Cost: $175 for 20min and ten images.
STRENGTH TRAINING SHOOTS: Minis or groups. Strength Training is its own true sport! Let's document all your hard work and physical changes! This can be done on location at your public gym (with facility permision), in your home gym, in a private studio setting, or at an outdoor location. We will collaborate and focus on what's most important to you. Cost: Mini Session $199 for 20min and 10 professionally edited images. $250 for 30min and 15 edited images.
PETS and PETS+: Indoor or Outdoor available. Cost: $160 for 20min and 10 images. Add $35 to include humans in the shoot.
SPORTING EVENTS: If I've photographed an event you or your child participated in and you want to see the images, See "MENU: Clients" tab to search for your event. Images are $20 each for youth athletes and $25 for adults. If you click the "like" or "heart" on the images you want to purchase, I'll get a notification. Next step is to message me with your information and I'll walk you through the payment and download process. I'm also available for hire specifically for your event with images purchased individually ($15/photo) after the event. Event coverage is $150/hr.
MOTOR SPORTS: Drivers please check under the "MENU: Clients" tab (top right of this page) to find your event gallery. Images are $25 each
SIMPLY STUDIO: For that clean and simple look without any interference of the weather. Studio shoots can also be good for those that are sensitive to the sun. Cost: $250 for 30min and 15 images. Mini Session $199 for 20min and 10 professionally edited images.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
$50 Deposit Required to book. Deposit is applied to Photo Shoot and is Non refundable.
Payment due in full 24hrs prior to your photo shoot.
If a photo shoot is rescheduled and notification is given 24hrs in advance, the deposit will be applied to the future shoot. Refunds are provided to clients who give a 24hr notice to cancel however, the $50 deposit policies remain.
Editing: Quick Fixes are done at no cost. Examples of quick fixes: blemish removal, bruise removal, 1-5 stray hairs removed. Requests for more complex editing may be fulfilled for an additional fee. A good guideline; any blemish, hair style fix, birthmark removal, or wardrobe problem larger than an inch may require more complex edits.
Enhancements of the figure, Hair, Eyes, Ears, Teeth, Nose, etc... are available.
RUSH FEE: available but rush time and cost varies depending on number of images and how many clients are on the RUSH editing list ahead of you. PM for a quote.
